This website is owned and operated by Animal Wisdom. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services offered. This website offers visitors written animal communication sessions, remote animal reiki sessions, reiki healing for humans and intuitive readings. By accessing or using the website of Animal Wisdom services, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nature of Services

My services are intuitive and energy-based. They are offered as supportive tools and do not replace professional veterinary, medical, psychological, or legal care.

Client Responsibility

You understand that:

• I do not diagnose or treat health or behavior issues.

• I do not guarantee specific outcomes.

• You are responsible for all decisions and actions following your session.

 

Consent

By booking, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You are voluntarily choosing to receive these services.

• You understand the nature and limitations of energetic and intuitive work.

 

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions will be held in confidence unless disclosure is required by law.

 

Payment & Refunds

• Payment is due at the time of booking.

• Refunds are available if:

  • For written readings, the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of booking.

  • For scheduled remote or live sessions (e.g. Reiki), the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the session time.

• Missed appointments or cancellations made after these timeframes are non-refundable due to the time and preparation involved.

• If I need to cancel and we’re unable to reschedule, you will receive a full refund.

 

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late to a live session without prior communication, the session may be considered missed and non-refundable.

 

Right to Decline or Discontinue Services

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if it falls outside my scope or misaligns with the intention of my practice. If this occurs before the session, a full refund will be issued.

Service-Specific Terms

 

1. Animal Communication 

These sessions involve tuning in intuitively with your animal to share messages, perspectives, and support your bond. Messages are based on energetic impressions and do not replace professional veterinary care. Intake questions must be completed accurately and honestly.

 

2. Animal Reiki

Distance Reiki is offered with intention and consent to support your animal’s well-being. Energy is shared, not forced, and your animal’s response may vary. Reiki is complementary to, not a replacement for, veterinary care.

 

3. Wild Animal Messages / Intuitive Readings

These sessions offer symbolic, intuitive guidance inspired by the energy and spirit of wild animals. Messages are received through energetic attunement and are intended to support your personal growth, connection to nature, and inner wisdom. They are not based on physical observation or scientific interpretation, but on intuitive insight.
